      • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any deviations or deficiencies.
      • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, and promote a culture of safety among project team members.
    5. Project Reporting and Documentation:
      • Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
      • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and records of communication.
      • Conduct thorough project closeout processes, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on design-build projects related to flooring and fitness equipment installations.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and fitness equipment specifications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of complexity and size.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
  • Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, codes, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
