Offloading Materials*
- I understand that I am responsible for offloading all material when it is delivered to the job site. Inside delivery is not included.
Date Changes*
- I understand that all ship dates are estimated and are subject to change. Any changes to ship dates will be communicated as they become available.
Storage Fees*
- **Weekly Storage Fees of $250, or 1.5% (whichever is greater) of product value, will be incurred if 1) Notice to delay shipment is not received at least 10 business days prior to scheduled shipment date or 2) payment is not received 1 day prior to scheduled ship date. First week of storage fee will include the additional shipment cost for the relocation of material from PLAE's manufacturing plant to distribution center. Please note, additional shipment cost is a one time fee.
